1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been

rendered infructuous as the judgment has been complied with by the

respondents. He, however, submits that in case, anything is left to be

complied with, the petitioner be permitted to file fresh petition, in

case, cause survives.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, the contempt petition is disposed of with a liberty to file

afresh, as prayed for.
