By this petition, petitioners herein have challenged order dated 03.04.2025, whereby application no. 09472903202521975837 filed by petitioners for issuance of revenue extract for the sale of their land measuring 15 kanals 4 marlas falling under khasra no. 641 min., khata no. 721 - 722 khewat no. 213 situated at Village Nalthi Tehsil Bhaderwah, has been rejected by respondent no. 2. Petitioners are also seeking direction upon respondents to issue Revenue extracts in their favour on the parity of the judgment passed by this Court being WP (C) No. 3249/2023 titled "Puran Chand & Ors. vs. UT of J & K and Anr" and "Mohd. Akbar Shah vs. State & Ors".

Issue notice to respondents, which is waived by Ms. Chetna Manhas, Advocate on behalf of respondents. She seeks and is granted four weeks' time for filing reply.
