1. Impugned in this Letters Patent Appeal is the order dated

24th December, 2024, passed by the learned Single Judge of this

Court in WP(C) No. 41/2022 and other clubbed matters, in case

titled "M/S Mir Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd and Ors. VS. Airport

Authority of India Srinagar International Airport", whereby

the learned Single Judge has directed the Police Post,

Humhama, Budgam, to conduct a preliminary verification into

the incident and register an FIR if preliminary verification

discloses commission of cognizable offence.

2. It has been brought to our notice that WP(C) No. 41/2022

along with other clubbed matters in which the impugned order

has been passed, has been heard and reserved for orders.

3. In that view of the matter, the order passed by the learned

Single Bench at the interlocutory stage which is impugned

before us along with all other orders passed from time to time

shall merge with the final judgment that may be passed by the

learned Single Bench.

4. In that view of the aforesaid development, this appeal is

rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
