ORDER

Petitioner remained absent on two previous dates and is also absent today. Steps for service upon respondents have also not been taken. It appears that petitioner is not interested to prosecute this petition.
Mr. A. Hanan, appearing for the respondent, submits that similar issue has been considered and set at rest by this Court in CRM(M) no. 651/2023 titled Nazir Ahmad Dar versus Mrs. Zaib-U-Nisa Shah.
In view of aforesaid judgment, which squarely covers the case in hand, the present petition is not maintainable. Therefore, this petition is dismissed along with connected CrlM(s).
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
