1. In the instant petition, the petitioners herein have alleged non-compliance of the order dated 18.02.2013 passed by this Court in SWP No. 636/2011, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion as Technician-III in Power Development Department, District Doda, strictly in terms of the judgment rendered in LPA (SW) No. 463/2001 & LPA (SW) No. 224/2002, if there is no impediment vis-à-vis the eligibility of the petitioners, the operative portion of which is as under:-

"Viewed thus, the petition on hand is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion as Technician-III in Power Development Department, District Doda, strictly in terms of the judgment rendered in LPA (SW) No. 463/2001 & LPA (SW) No. 224/2002, if there is no impediment vis-à-vis the eligibility of the petitioners. Let this exercise be carried out within one month only from the date, copy of the order is made available to the concerned, which shall be the responsibility of the petitioners alone."

2. Respondents have filed the compliance report, wherein, it is stated that the claim of the petitioners has been considered and, accordingly, rejected in terms of order dated 05.09.2013.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order/judgment passed by this Court has been complied with in its letter & spirit.

4. The contempt proceedings are, accordingly, closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the consideration order dated 05.09.2013, if he desires.
