10.02.2025 Petitioners seek implementation of the judgment and order passed in

SWP No.2361/2009 dated 11.10.2012. It appears that the respondents-State

preferred an appeal against the order dated 11.10.2012 that was LPASW

No.63/2013. This LPASW was disposed of vide order dated 29.07.2013.

However, the respondents-State filed an SLP against this order and the

impugned order of the High Court was stayed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to report

instructions with regard to the pendency of this SLP by the next date of

hearing.
