1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the

respondent No. 1 has been mentioned as Commissioner/Secretary of

Power Development Department, J&K Government, Civil Secretariat,

Srinagar instead of Rural Development Department.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make table

amendments by making necessary changes in the particulars of the

department.

3. The judgment sought to be complied with is of the year 2019 and the

statement of facts has been filed by the respondents on 06.02.2025,

wherein at para 10 it is stated that the case is pending before General

Administration Department.

4. In view of this, Commissioner/Secretary Rural Development

Department shall hold a meeting with the Commissioner/Secretary

General Administration Department, before whom the file is pending

so as to ensure that the judgment is complied with by or before the

next date of hearing.

5. List on 17.02.2025.

6. Copy of this order be sent to Commissioner/Secretary Rural

Development Department and Commissioner/Secretary General

Administration Department through e-mail to ensure compliance of

this order.
