Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits

that the issue which has been projected in the instant petition is covered by the

judgment passed in LPA No. 193/2024 a/w connected matters by the Hon'ble

Division Bench of this Court. He is directed to provide the copy of the same to

Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI, who shall assist this Court on the next date of

hearing with regard to the same.

Keeping in view the urgency expressed by learned Senior counsel for

the petitioner, list this matter on 20.02.2025, with liberty to mention.
