Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he does not intend to file any reply rather he would like to argue the matter on legal issues raised in the instant petition which has been preferred against judgment and order dated 11.02.2023 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge (C.J.M), Poonch, wherein the suit of the petitioners for permanent prohibitory injunction has been dismissed.
