In the instant application, the applicant is seeking condonation of
1400 days' delay in filing the above titled appeal arising out of the
impugned judgment/order dated 10.06.2020 passed by the Learned Family
Court, Jammu in a Maintenance Petition No. 12687 of 2015.
Notice, waived by Mr. Kuldeep Singh Parihar, learned counsel on
behalf of the non-applicant, he states that he has no objection if the instant
application is allowed and delay is condoned.
For the reasons stated in the application coupled with the
submissions made at Bar and in view of no objection from the other side,
the instant application is allowed and 1400 days' delay in filing the above
titled appeal is condoned.
This application is disposed of as such.
