ORDER
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the
judgment of the writ Court stands complied with by issuance of Government
Order No. 04-JK(ID) of 2025, dated 03.02.2025, in terms whereof, the
petitioner has been appointed to the post of Junior Cultural Assistant
(Tabla Player) in the Directorate of Information, J&K .
Although the judgment of the writ Court has been implemented by
the respondents after a considerable delay of time, yet the fact of the matter
remains that the judgment stands implemented now. Therefore, the rule framed
against the respondents is dropped and the contempt proceedings are closed.
Disposed of accordingly.
