Mr. RKS Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
in terms of the judgment dated 21.10.2008, the petitioners have received
left over ex-gratia relief which was offered to them. He further submits
that the judgment stands complied with to that extent only, however, the
direction with regard to compensation on account of the damages
caused to their properties in terms of the assessment, has not been
complied with till date.
Let compliance report in this regard be filed by or before the next
date of hearing.
