This is an application bearing CM No. 4808/2025 filed on

behalf of the contempt petitioner seeking impleadment of Sh. Vipan

Kumar, Chairman Airports Authority of India as respondent no. 2 in

the present contempt petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same

allowed and Sh. Vipan Kumar, Chairman Airports Authority of India

is impleaded as party respondent no. 2 to the contempt petition.

Application stands disposed of.

The petitioner shall file amended memo of parties.

At this stage Mr. Digvijay Rai, Advocate along with Mr.

Inderjeet Gupta, Advocate have entered appearance on behalf of

newly added respondent and they have submitted that LPA against

the judgment sought be implemented has been entertained by the

Division Bench of this Court, and it has been directed that the

proceedings in the contempt petition be deferred.

The statement is taken on record and, accordingly, the

proceedings in the contempt petition are deferred.
