1. Ms. Pariksha Parmar, learned Advocate for the petitioner
who is very ably assisting this Court in the cases which are of very
sensitive nature relatable to the medical care of children with
diseases/disabilities genetically or acquired and not being able to
have medical treatment of requisite standard available to them on
account of financial constraints of their respective parents and the
responsibility of the State in coming forward as a burden bearer of
the parents of the petitioners in terms of financial demands
relatable to their medical treatment.
2. Ms. Pariksha Parmar, learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that she has worked on the relevant position of law in
terms of judgments of various High Courts as well as the Hon'ble
Supreme Court of India which she would place on record by laying a
motion to said effect.
