CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE.
                                        ORDER

08.08.2025 CCP(S) 447/2022:

1. Petitioner has alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court

dated 13.03.2020, whereby, respondents by an interim order were directed to

consider the case of the petitioner for release of appropriate "Time Scale Grade"

in his favour, from the date of announcement of judgment of the Labour Court

along with all service benefits, promotions etc at par with other counter parts.

2. Statement of facts stands filed by the respondents/contemnors.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the claim of the petitioner

has been thoroughly considered and a comprehensive consideration order has

been passed on 27.10.2020, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been

rejected.

4. Respondents have placed on record the detailed consideration order dated

27.10.2020, thereby implementing the order passed by this Court dated

13.03.2020 in its letter and spirit.

5. Contempt proceedings are closed. However, liberty is granted to the

petitioner to challenge the consideration order dated 27.10.2020, if he so desires. WP(C) 764/2020:

1. The record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the

petitioner for the last two hearings. Today also, none is present on his behalf. It

appears that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute this case.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
