Jammu
Through: Mr. P.D Singh, Dy.AG
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MA CHOWDHARY, JUDGE
ORDER
(30.08.2025)
01. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, so was the case on
previous two dates of hearing.
02. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the judgment sought to be
enforced through the medium of this contempt petition has already been
complied with. Perhaps, this may be the reason for the continued absence
on behalf of the petitioner. Be that as it may.
03. The contempt petition is disposed of, and the proceedings are dropped,
however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek restoration of the contempt
petition in case the cause survives.
