This is an application filed by the applicant/claimant seeking a direction upon the Registry to send back the record of the Tribunal.

It appears that the main appeal bearing Mac App No. 135/2020 stands decided by this Court, in terms of judgment dated 22.10.2024. In view of the fact that the appeal stands already decided by this Court, the Registry is directed to send back the original record of the Tribunal forthwith provided original record is in its possession.

If any, compensation has been deposited with the Tribunal, the same shall be released by the Tribunal in accordance with the judgment passed by this Court in Mac App No. 135/2020 on 22.10.2024.
