1. On 04.08.2025, respondent No. 2 (Chief Engineer J&K Power

Transmission Corporation Ltd.) was directed to remain present in person or

through virtual mode. Today, Ms. Aaqiba Sultana Waheeda Devi is present

through virtual mode. She states that the claim of the petitioner for regularization

has been referred to respondent No. 3, as he is the convenor, as such the judgment

has to be implemented by respondent No. 3.

2. In view of above, respondent No. 3, Chief Engineer, Kashmir, Power

Distribution Coporation Ltd (KPDCL), Srinagar is directed to appear in person or

through virtual mode on the next date of hearing. Respondent No. 3 is directed to

ensure compliance of the order dated 01.07.2025 by this Court.
