Through the medium of this instant application, the applicants herein

seek release/return of the amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- deposited before the

Registrar Judicial of this Court in compliance of Order dated 04.08.2014,

during consideration of Civil Revision No. 31/2014.

It is being stated in the application that the said Revision Petition

stands finally decided by this Court in terms of Order/Judgment dated

24.07.2024, in favour of the petitioners-applicants herein, while setting aside

the award thrown challenge to, by the petitioners-applicants in the said

Revision Petition, and as such, the amount in question is required to be

returned back to the petitioners applicants herein.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-applicants and perused

the record.

Perusal of the record would indisputably reveal that in compliance of

Order dated 04.08.2014 passed in the aforesaid Revision Petition, the

petitioners-applicants have deposited an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- before

Registrar Judicial of this Court which is also manifest from the receipt

acknowledged by the Naazir of this Court.

Record also reveals that the said Revision Petition stands allowed by

this Court in favour of the petitioners applicants herein.

In view of the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, Registry is

directed to release the aforesaid amount in favour of the petitioners-

applicants herein along with interest, if any, accrued thereon, after proper

verification and identification of the petitioners-applicants herein.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
