03-10-2024 Today, when the case was taken up for consideration, Mr. Jehangir Ahmad Dar, learned Government Advocate, caused appearance on behalf of the respondents and submits that this case has been assigned to him recently and accordingly, seeks one week time to advance the arguments.

Time, as prayed for, is granted, with a direction to comply with the order dated 8th August, 2024, on or before the next date of hearing by producing brief synopsis as also the judgments relied upon by him.

Mr. Arif Sikandar Mir, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to the order dated 8th August, 2024, he has already provided brief synopsis as also the judgements, however, the same are not on record. He is directed to provide an additional copy of the same during the course of the day.

Keeping in view the urgency involved in the matter, list this matter on 8th October, 2024.
