Judgment passed by this Court in writ petition setting-aside petitioner's compulsory retirement and directing restoration/reinstatement of petitioner as well as releasing his consequential benefits, has not complied with by respondents, even after LPA preferred by them against said Judgment has been dismissed.

Mr. Eishaan Dadhichi, learned GA appears for the respondents and submits that order passed in LPA has been challenged in SLP which is not listed. He submits that proceedings in the contempt petition may be deferred for two weeks.

After two weeks, learned counsel for respondents shall produce before this court the orders passed in SLP.
