Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the judgments passed by

the Division Bench in case titled as "State of J&K vs. Muneer Ahmed"

reported in 2016 (4) JKJ 99 and by the Co-ordinate Bench in CRMC No.

98/2019 titled as "Sanjeev Misri Vs. State of J&K" are squarely applicable to

the case of the petitioners which position, however, is being disputed by the

learned counsel for the respondents.

List for consideration on 27.03.2024.
