                                    ORDER

30.01.2024

1. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned counsel for the appellants has submitted

that negotiations are going on for mutual settlement of the case

between the appellants and the respondents/land owners and due to

this, the appellants have not deposited the amount in terms of the last

order.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/land owners shall take

instructions and report the same to this Court by the next date of

hearing.

3. List on 07.03.2024.

4. In the meantime, in case no settlement is arrived at between the

parties, the appellants shall deposit the awarded sum with the Registrar

a/w connected appeals

Judicial of this Court, failing which, order dated 19.05.2014, whereby

the impugned judgment has been stayed, shall stand vacated.
