The respondents have filed their statement of facts in which it is

indicated that against the judgment passed by the Division Bench upholding the

judgment of learned Single Judge of which violation is alleged, SLP has been

preferred by the Union Territory and the contempt proceedings have been stayed

by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the above, await further orders from the Supreme Court.
