24.01.2024 Petitioners are aggrieved of the order dated 20.04.2022, passed by the learned Sub-Judge Judge, Shopian, wherein the application of the petitioners was dismissed on the ground that how a mistake in the plaint can be corrected under Section 152 CPC when the court can correct/amend clerical or arithmetical mistake in the judgments and decrees.

Notice to the respondents, returnable by next date of hearing. List on 26th February, 2024.

Meanwhile, parties are directed not to create any third party interest over the suit property.
