submits that one more appeal bearing Crl A(D) No.15/2020 title "Royal Singh

vs. Union Territory of J&K", arising out of same judgment is pending

consideration before this Court and he prays for listing of this appeal along

with Crl A(D) No.15/2020. Submission allowed.

List along with Crl A(D) No.15/2020 on 24.04.2024.

Meanwhile, Registry shall prepare the paper-book and copies
