                          ORDER

16.02.2024 On 22.12.2023, this Court had observed that in view of the stand taken by the GAD Department, the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Forest, Civil Secretariat, Jammu/Srinagar shall a pass speaking order regarding compliance of the judgment passed by the Court, failing which, respondent No.2-Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, J&K, Jammu was directed to remain present in person before this Court.

Today, there is no representation of the said respondent nor any such order is stated to have been placed on record showing that the speaking order has been passed in compliance to the order dated 22.12.2023. Respondent No.2, who was required to be present in Court, is also not present. Let bailable warrant of arrest be issued for securing presence of respondent No.2.
