01. Vide order dated 29th of November, 2023, the respondent No.4 was directed to appear in person before the Court and explain as to why the Judgment of the Writ Court has not been complied with.

02. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, neither the Statement of Facts/ Compliance Report has been filed nor has the respondent No.4 appeared before the Court.

03. Mr Dar, the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks and is granted two weeks last and final opportunity to file the Statement of Facts/ Compliance Report, failing which consequences as envisaged under Order dated 29 th of November, 2023 shall follow.

04. List again on 18th of March, 2024.
