                                    ORDER

29.04.2024 Fresh statement of facts stands filed on behalf of the respondents in which it has been stated that the matter regarding authorization of revised pension in favour of the petitioners has been submitted to Accountant General's office in terms of letter dated 19.03.2024 followed by letter dated 19.04.2024 but response is still awaited.

In order to implement the judgment of the writ Court fully, it is, therefore, necessary to implead Accountant General, J&K, Jammu as party respondent in the present proceedings. Ordered accordingly.

Updated memo of parties shall be filed by the petitioners. Issue notice to newly added respondent.

At this stage, Mr. Ajaz Choudhary, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the newly added respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners shall furnish copy of the paper- book to Mr. Ajaz Choudhary, Advocate who shall file statement of facts by the next date of hearing.
