Mr. Amit Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits

that with a view to comply with the judgment passed by this Court, the matter

has been taken up with the Finance Department seeking final approval of the

Administrative Council. He prays extension of time so as to enable the

Administrative Council to accord the requisite approval.

On request of Mr. Gupta, last and final opportunity of two weeks is

granted to the respondents to complete all the requisite formalities and submit a

compliance report to this Court. It is made clear that in case the needful is not

done by the next date of hearing, this Court shall be constrained to frame a

Robkar and initiate contempt proceedings against respondent No.1
