1. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of order dated

09.06.2023 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP Civil No. 21277/2023,

titled, 'Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir vs. Saba Wani'. Vide the

said order, the operation of the judgment passed by the Division Bench on

04.02.2023, has been stayed.

2. In view of the above, further consideration of this petition is deferred.
