It is submitted at the Bar by the learned Counsel for the
Petitioner that although the Judgment subject matter of the instant contempt
proceedings has been assailed before the Division Bench, however, there is
no order of stay from the Division Bench, as such, the Respondents are
bound by law to comply with the Judgment passed by the learned Writ
Court.
In view of above, the learned Counsel for the Respondents is
granted four weeks time, as last and final opportunity, to file the
Compliance Report/ Statement of Facts
, failing which appropriate orders shall follow on the next date of hearing.
