1. Through the medium of this review petition the petitioner-appellant is
seeking review of judgment dated 24.08.2016 passed in LPASW No.127/2015,
whereby the order/judgment of Writ Court came to be upheld by the LPA
Bench.
2. We have gone through the review petition. In the review petition the
petitioner-appellant has herself admitted that one Ranjit Singh, who was in the
tentative select panel, had secured 59.9% marks in M.A. and 57.5% marks in
B.Ed. Therefore, even if petitioner-appellant had secured 53.70% marks in
M.A. and 50.70% marks in B.Ed., even then the petitioner-appellant would
have much less merit than that of said Ranjit Singh. Further, as reported by the
writ respondents, the tentative merit list has not been acted upon till date.
2 RPLPA 13/2016
3. Viewed thus, we do not find any ground to review the judgment-in-
question. The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
