Mr. Harshwardhan Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner is

directed to produce before this Court the decision on the part of the Building

Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA), Municipal Area, Jammu in terms

whereof for the purpose of challenging the judgment of the Jammu and Kashmir

Special Tribunal Jammu passed in this case, the Commissioner, Municipal

Corporation Jammu who is otherwise an entity/authority under the Municipal

Corporation Act, 2000 has been vested with any authority to assail the

judgments of the Special Tribunal passed in reference to section 7 adjudication

under section 13 of the Control of Building Operations Act, 1988, also to sign

pleadings swear affidavits etc., on behalf of the Building Operation Controlling

Authority (BOCA), Municipal Area, Jammu.

Let the needful authorization be placed before this Court on the next

date of hearing.

List for continuation on 01.06.2023 with liberty to make mention.
