The application has been filed by the applicant seeking condonation

of delay of 21 days in filing the present appeal against the judgment and

order dated 06.02.2023 passed in File No. 27/EC/2019 in case titled "Lillo

Devi and others Vs. M/S Upkar Oil Mills and another" passed by learend

Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act (Assistant Labour

Commissioner) Samba.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The

delay of 21 days in filing the present appeal is condoned.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.

Mr. Gandotra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

that he has deposited the awarded amount of Rs. 5,93,513/- before the

Assistant Labour Commissioner, Samba.

The Assistant Labour Commissioner, Samba is directed to

transmit the amount deposited in the case titled "Lillo Devi and others Vs.

M/S Upkar Oil Mills and another" in the Registry of this Court. Upon

receipt of the amount, the same shall be kept in FDR.
