Mr. Amit Gupta, learned AAG shall find out as to whether the other

convict, namely, Gh. Mohd. Nabi has filed any appeal or not.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall also find

out as to whether the convict, namely, Gh. Mohd. Nabi who pursuant to the

judgment of conviction and sentence dated 31.12.2019 is lodged in jail, has filed

any appeal or not. An effort shall be made to contact the Gh. Mohd. Nabi in jail

to ascertain the exact position.

Copy of this order shall be supplied to the Secretary, High Court Legal

Services Committee.
