Both the counsels submit that the SLP bearing No. 022633/2019, challenging

order and judgment dated 22.12.2016, passed in SWP No. 1965/2015 titled "Taraq

Hussain Ganai Vs. State of J&K and another" is pending adjudication before the

Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings in this contempt petition are deferred

by eight weeks.
