06.02.2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to place on record a

certified copy of the writ petition-SWP No. 2658/2010 for enabling this Court to

appreciate the factual background in which this Court vide its order dated

08.05.2017 came to dispose of the said writ petition on the same terms and with

similar directions as passed by this Court vide judgment dated 08.03.2017

whereby a bunch of writ petitions with lead case SWP no. 13/2009 titled

'Shokat Ali & anr Vs. State & ors' came to be disposed of. Learned counsel

for the petitioner seeks time to lay a motion for placing on record a certified

copy of the writ petition-SWP No. 2658/2010. Let the needful be done within a

period of one week.

List again on 24.02.2023.
