09.08.2023 Vide order dated 21.07.2023, two weeks' time was granted to respondents to implement the judgment, failing which respondent no.2 was directed to appear in person.

Today, when the matter has come up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent no.2 could not appear due to personal difficulty, i.e, ill health of his wife. He prays for some more time to comply with the judgment.

Further two weeks' time is granted to respondents to comply with the judgment passed by this Court, failing which respondents no.2 shall appear in person before this Court on the next date of hearing.
