Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned
order/judgment dated 18.10.2019 has been complied with. Compliance report
has been filed by the respondents wherein, it is submitted that the case of the
petitioner has been considered after proper examination and the same has been
found to be devoid of any merits and thus was rejected.
In view of the stand taken by the respondents in the compliance
report filed, the contempt proceedings against the respondents are
accordingly dropped and the contempt petition is closed, however, the
petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order of consideration, if not
satisfied.
