                                   ORDER

19.04.2023 Heard Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Senior AAG appearing for the appellants. She has prayed for the suspension of the impugned judgment and order dated 06.04.2023 passed by the Single Bench and has extensively argued the matter for about almost 2 hours. The said prayer of Mrs. Kohli is vehemently resisted by Mr. P. N Raina and Mr. Gagan Basotra, learned senior advocates.

Considering the seriousness of the matter involving financial implication to the tune of more than 1 crore of rupees per month to the public exchequer, and security of the State, we will continue hearing on the prayer for suspension of the impugned judgment and order dated 06.04.2023.

List for continuation on 24.04.2023 at 2 PM before this Bench.
