The respondent Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, is duly served.

The petitioners have raised serious allegations against the respondent of

wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the Judgment passed by this

Court. Since the respondent despite opportunity has not turned up to show

compliance of the Judgment passed by this Court, as such, this Court is left

with no option but to secure presence of respondent through bailable warrants.

At this stage, Mr. Sajad Ashraf, learned GA, causes appearance on behalf

of respondent and assures this Court that requisite statement of

facts/compliance report shall be filed by or before the next date of hearing.
