RP No. 126/2022 It is contended by Mr. Jatinder Choudhary that the provision contained in Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 has not been taken note of by the court while passing the impugned judgment.

In the meanwhile, the operation of the impugned judgment dated 9 th May 2022 shall remain in abeyance.
