In view of the Apex Court's judgment in case titled Phoenix ARC

Private Limited v. Vishwa Bharati Vidya Mandir and Others 2022 SCC

Online SC 44, there is an alternate remedy which is available to the

petitioner by way of approaching DRT at Chandigarh, we feel that it would

be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the competent forum.

However, counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to have

instructions in the matter.
