By this motion, the applicant/ Appellant is seeking review of

final Order dated 5th of May, 2022 passed by this Court in LPA No.

07/2020, in terms whereof the said appeal filed by the applicant/ Appellant

challenging the Judgment dated 29th of December, 2021 passed by the

learned Single Judge in Writ Petition bearing WP (Crl) No. 44/2021 stands

dismissed.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant/ Appellant

and after going through the pleadings on record, we do not find any error

apparent on the face of record in the Judgment under review as would

warrant its recall on review. However, having said so, and with the

consensus of the learned Counsel for the applicant/ Appellant, we dispose

of this Review Petition giving liberty to the applicant/ Appellant to seek review of the Judgment passed by the learned Single Judge on grounds as

may be available to the applicant/ Appellant.

Disposed of as above.
