26.05.2022 This is an application seeking rectification of error crept in judgment dated 23.05.2022, passed in writ petition bearing WP(Crl) No. 154/2021, titled Javid Ahmad Lone v. UT of J&K and Ors.

Application, for the reasons detailed therein, is allowed. The judgment dated 23.05.2022, passed in writ petition bearing WP(Crl) No. 154/2021, titled Javid Ahmad Lone v. UT of J&K and Ors., is modified and the typographical error crept in the said judgment to the extent of mentioning the "detention order no.DIVCOM"K"/165/2021", shall be read as "detention order no. DIVCOM"K"/166/2021". This order shall form part of the order dated 23.05.2022. CM disposed of.
