Hon'ble Mr Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, Judge Hon'ble Mr Justice Puneet Gupta, Judge (ORDER) 09.05.2022 On consideration of the matter, we noticed that the trial Court has

passed the order impugned on the basis of orders passed by the Hon'ble

Apex Court in cases titled Narinder Kumar Versus CBI decided on

15.01.2015 and Abdul Aziz Vs. N I A decided on 14.11.2014. The trial

Court has not made mention of the full particulars of the orders/Judgments

passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, nor there is any reference made,

therefore, it has become necessary to ask the counsel appearing for the

respondents to submit the orders/Judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court

relied upon by the trial Court, on next date of hearing.

Copy of the order be provided to Mr. A. S. Sodhi, learned counsel

appearing for the respondents during the course of week for doing the

needful.
