                                      ORDER

29.03.2022 This is an application seeking rectification of the judgment/order dated 14.03.2022 whereby the petition bearing CRM(M) No. 391/2021 has been allowed. It is averred in the application that in para (11) of the judgment/order dated 14.03.2022, which constitutes the operative portion of the judgment/order, the FIR No. has been wrongly mentioned as "19/2013" whereas the correct FIR No. is "19/2018".

I have gone through the material on record. The submission of the petitioner that the particulars of the FIR in para (11) of the judgment/order in question has been wrongly recorded as "19/2013" instead of "19/2018" is well founded. The error deserves to be corrected. Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is provided that in para (11) of the judgment/order dated 14.03.2022 passed in CRM(M) No. 391/2022 FIR No. be read as "19/2018" instead of "19/2013". The application stands disposed of. This order shall form part of the judgment/order dated 14.03.2022.
