ORDER
This application by the petitioner is for seeking revival of the contempt petition, which was disposed of by this Court on 09.05.2018.
From a reading of order dated 09.05.2018, it clearly transpires that the Bench while disposing of the contempt petition gave liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the contempt petition, in case judgment passed by this Court was not implemented in letter and spirit.
Mr. Abrol, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the contempt petition was disposed on the basis of the statement made by the learned AAG that the judgment has been complied with, whereas the fact remains the same is yet to be complied with by the respondents.
In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed. CPSW No.775/2017 is revived to its original number.
Registry to list CPSW No.775/2017 on 18th February, 2022.
(Sanjeev Kumar) Judge Jammu 07.02.2022 Vinod.
