In the above backdrop, contempt petition is closed. However, petitioner shall be free to approach the incumbent(s) in office with a copy of the order/judgment, with respect whereof instant petition has been filed, for its implementation, unless already complied with. It is made clear here that in the event petitioner feels unsatisfied qua implementation of the directions of this Court, petitioner shall be free to file appropriate proceedings for compliance thereof in accordance with law.
